Alas, our last french school Kermesse. Suffice it to say that the french know how to throw fabulous parties - even at school. Who knew?
Each class practices for weeks on a dance routine which they perform on a stage in front of a big audience. They are always very proud and excited. The day is full of a palpable energy filled with music and dancing and yummy food that lasts late into the night.
We have less that one year left of school in France. Thus far, we have had a wonderful experience filled with challenges and triumphs, discovery and friends.
I feel confident the children and I will cherish the memories forever.

I went to one and I can say without a doubt it was a very exciting event! I know the children are happy and proud. I miss you all but know that this is an experience that will be with you for life!
